2016年7月25日，四川省凉山彝族自治州美姑县合姑洛乡马红村，彝族妇女赶着黑山羊去山上放牧。马红村地处四川大凉山高海拔腹地，缺水少地。各级政府加大扶贫力度，资助一部分彝族同胞养起了黑山羊。
