2019年4月9日凌晨，湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州凤凰县的边城牛市，来自周边多个省市的客商购买“扶贫牛”。凤凰县苗族素有养牛的传统。近年来，该县大力发展“扶贫牛”养殖，帮助贫困户脱贫致富。
