2019年12月17日，河北省张家口市阳原县蔬菜产业试验示范基地的温室暖棚，村民们为火龙果进行人工除草。温室暖棚使昔日每亩产值不足500元的“瘠地”，成为年盈利60000元的“金田”，直接带动102户贫困户、1500多名贫困人口脱贫致富。

The greenhouse has increased the annual income of each mu (0.07 hectares) of farmland from less than 500 yuan ($70.71) to 60,000 yuan, helping over 1,500 people rise out of poverty.
